SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting SMEs and key accounts in media, advertising, and digital sectors
• Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team, owning team revenue targets and client development
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in client acquisition, solution selling, and deal closing
• Participate in and lead internal training sessions to elevate team capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Track sales performance, monitor pipeline progress, and report regularly to the Sales Director
• Contribute strategic ideas to support business growth and market expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role within Advertising, Media, OOH, or Digital industries
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Commercially driven with passion for sales and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
