[CLOSED] SERVICE ENGINEER (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)

• Work Location: An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working Time: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide regular technical training in Vietnam and Cambodia
• Follow-up on warranty submissions from customers
• Resolve technical issues onsite at customer factory
• Prepare, maintain and modify training materials
• Translation of training material between English, Vietnamese and Mandarin
• Create and maintain customer database
• Provide event support
• Any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience as Service Engineer
• Possess driving license
• Preferably to have experience in bicycle industry
• Good knowledge in bicycle components, parts and technicalities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, PPT)
• Willing to travel within Vietnam and Cambodia
• Comfortable to communicate and engage to all levels and big groups
• English: TOEIC score: 800 or above is preferable / speaking TOEIC (160 or above is preferable)
• Chinese: Native Chinese speaker or HSK Level 5 – Able to read Chinese documents, watch Chinese films, write and deliver a full speech
